A custom 16vTurbo emblem made with OEM inspirated letters.

Size: 28x3,3 cm. Look at pictures to see live size on the trunk of a Volvo 242.

Made with ASA Black + Silver in colour, that have a HDT of about 80 degree celcius and printed with a 0,4 nozzle.

Meaning it should take normal outside temperatures without warping or bending, but would not be recomended for use in areas where normal OE plastic parts allready melts outside in the sun...

As its beeing a 3D printed emblem, it is also Recomended to protect the printsurface either with UV cured Resin or clear coat, to prevent dirt and moisture to set in the plastic layers. This will also help bind the two color layers better, even though they are fused togeather in the print process, it helps to prevent separation over time.

Cleaning must be done by hand. Driving the car through automated carwash or high preassure washers, will likely damage the layers\ Emblem it self.

Installation on the car: make some template with 3M doublesided tape, or dots of automotive grade glue. Not Provided.
