Airfilter box Ford Escort Cosworth
3D printed unit made with measures from a original box. Added more area for outlet of the top to the Turbo inlet.
 
Made with Pet-CF to withstand high engine temperatures and be structural solid.

Fits factory Maehle airfilter.

Standard outlet as original from top cover is 70mm.
If you need other dimention i can do that. Just let me know.
Price will not change if i do not need to redesing it all.
76mm outlet is no problem to fix if needed.
 
Mounts in standard bolts and hole in the fender, no modification needed.

Made without bottom. Shields back towards the strut tower and exhaust side. Can be made with different outlets towards the front headlight or without shielding that way at all, if needed.
Top cover comes without any logo standard.
 
Comes with clamps and all to make it fast to check and replace the filter. Not pictured.
 
Recomend putting some kind of heat shield/ wrap if close to turbo\ exhaustparts and/ or clearcoat/ paint.
Plastic allways attracts and absorb grease and stuff into the pores.
